TamoTamo Lab is a premium clothing production studio. The atelier was born out of the challenges we faced when we needed to produce garments for our brand, tamo-tamo.com Specifically, it was very difficult for us to find an atelier or a small factory that understood what we believe is most important: the necessity of being reliable partners because we need to depend on them. We believe it is important to consider ourselves partners with you because you make plans for launching collections, create marketing strategies, and so on.
We want to be part of your plans. This is essential for a lasting partnership.
TamoTamo Lab is located in a historic building in the heart of Bucharest. We are a team of 10 beautiful and positive people, we respect our work schedule, and at the same time, we value our free time. Every workday, we have the lunch together at 1 PM, and this has always brought us closer. One very important thing for us, actually two: we love textiles fabrics and good music. Every morning, whoever arrives first at work turns on the speakers and the Spotify app.
We have a reputation for delivering well-executed apparel items, at the same time, for having high prices. It’s normal, we say, that a well-executed job delivered on time should come at a higher price. Why? Because to deliver well and on time, we need competent people on our team, and these people need to be valued and remunerated properly. We need the best equipment and technologies, which are more expensive. We need to work in a pleasant environment, in a beautiful and bright space, which is more expensive than one on the outskirts of Bucharest where most workshops and factories operate.
