Streamlined Process

Once the sample stage is successfully completed and the tech pack is finalized, transitioning to mass production becomes a smooth process. To ensure accuracy and efficiency, we require essential information from you:

1. Size Repartition: Provide us with the breakdown of sizes needed for your garment.
2. Total Quantity: Specify the total number of pieces required for mass production.
3. Realistic and Ideal Deadlines: Communicate your realistic deadline and the ideal timeframe for production.

Based on the information provided, we analyze our Production Plan to determine the most accurate production timeline. We advise our partners to have all necessary items for production ready, including textile fabrics, trims, and accessories, before requesting a production deadline. Without these items in-house, we cannot provide a realistic timeline.

Production Costs

The cost of mass production depends on various factors, including:

- Size Variation: The number of sizes required for production.

- Total Quantity: The overall quantity of garments.

- Fabric Type: The type of fabric used for the clothing.

- Garment Type: Whether it's t-shirts, hoodies, shirts, trousers, skirts, coats, or other types of garments.

- Technical Specifications: Sewing requirements and other technical details of the product.

As a reference, here are approximate price ranges based on our experience:

- T-shirts (100-200 pcs): €7 to €13 per piece

- Hoodies (100-200 pcs): €20 to €30 per piece

- Shirts (100-200 pcs): €25 to €55 per piece

- Trousers (100-200 pcs): €30 to €70 per piece

- Skirts (100-200 pcs): €25 to €55 per piece

- Coats (100-200 pcs): €40 to €150 per piece

Please note that these prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping costs. 

Technical Information Requirement

Before providing an accurate price quote, it's essential to have detailed technical information about the product. This includes sewing requirements, fabric type, design specifications, and any other relevant details.

Minimum order quantities:

50 pcs per style/product, at least two styles in order to be able to go in production. In another words, you have to produce in total 100 pcs.
